Our mission is to educate and empower young people through innovative mentoring that focuses on alternative learning methods and building trust-based relationships.
We use the power of relatability, the art of creative visual role-play along with our unique networks and experiences to remove social and inter-generational barriers and traumas, and equip young people with the mindset, knowledge and tools to successfully STEP into adulthood.

We deliver transformational services across schools, PRUs, prisons and the community using innovative mentoring approaches, immersive courses, 1:1 mentoring and interactive group workshops.
